CANCELATIONS

Service Cancelation Policy

At You Are Youthful, we strive to accommodate our clients as efficiently as possible. To ensure that we continue providing the best service and manage our scheduling effectively, we have the following policies:


Rescheduling Policy: We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least one week (7 days) in advance. Rescheduling within one week of your appointment incurs a $100 non-refundable fee, which will be charged to the card on file.


Cancellation Policy: Cancellations can disrupt the planning and availability of our services. If you must cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least one week's notice. Unfortunately, cancellations made within one week of your appointment will result in a charge for the full remaining balance of your service, which will be charged to the card on file.


No-Show Policy: We hope to avoid no-shows as they affect our ability to cater to other clients. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be responsible for 100% of the service cost, and this charge is non-refundable.


Payment Information: All appointments must be paid in full at the time of service, except for tattoo services. For tattoos, a $100 deposit is required upfront, and a quote for the remaining cost will be provided based on the design during your consultation.
